Fortress Includes Frost Immunity

Description
Keeping with the spirit of the ability's powers, the Fortress perk now also provides immunity to Frost damage/effects.

The ability's text is also corrected for the addition.

-= VIPER KING BREATH =-

To make the Viper King breath do damage (as it should honestly), try:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\DLC\DLC_2\Config\XComGameData_WeaponData.ini

[DLC_2.X2Item_DLC_Day60Grenades]

FROSTBITE_BASEDAMAGE = (Damage=2, Spread = 0, PlusOne = 50, Crit = 0, Pierce = 1000, Shred = 0, Tag = "", DamageType="Frost")

This is not modified by this mod, you have to do it yourself.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

This is an INI edit, so no problems. You can also install this without the DLC2, but it will have no impact.

-= BONUS V1.1 =-

Inside the file XComFortressColor.INI you can make the icon yellow instead of purple, so you can give Fortress to a regular soldier class instead of psionics (Like the SPARK for example).

This mod is breaking TLP soldier attitudes, and probably a whole lot of other things. Probably due to doing History.ResetHistory().

For some reason, this mod was reducing the repair slots for sparks for me, I'm using WOTC with DLC, plus a lot of other mods. So maybe a word of caution when using

To add to the list of mods this will not play well with these days:
Points Based Not Created Equal
Complicated Red Fog
I just added this and went to start a new campaign and noticed the above were not working. I then verified my game files via Steam and then nuked my configs...still not working so I halved the mods installed this month till I had two left. This was the issue, weird.

So yes after a few hours of testing with my modpack i found out that this mod conflicts with a whole bunch of mods like

metal over flesh redux, evac all , the prep for entry ability of profficiency class pack , it also pretty much disables all mods that change or add abilitys like sting charges removal or skirmisher ripjack slash

And no , this is not because of configs , even completly reinstalled the game to try and fix it to no avail

I was surprised too, but I already nuked my config and that didn't fix it. Only fix I could find was to disable this mod

I really doubt a one line INI file would screw up all those things, sounds like you have a config files issue. Delete them and allow the game to reload them and your mods should start working again. On that note, this mod is technically not marked as compatible with WOTC so it's not supported (if it works good, if it doesnt i cant help its not getting updated)

However, this fix is rolled out in one of my mods which -is- WOTC compliant, and its here:
