Description:
This mod removes the penalty when using diplomacy on a faction of another race. Normally you will get a -20 to -60 penalty depending on who you speak to making alliances with certain factions really difficult but with this you will get a fair shake at diplomacy regardless of what faction you play as and deal with. :)

Mod Compatibility : This will only conflict with mods that alter Aversion NOT RADIOUS COMPATIBLE
