AA CE - RC Compatibility Patch

Updated for 1.17.x.x

Description:
This patch allows you to use both the Contest Europa & Reworked Cultures mods together.
You need to activate it in the mod list along with both mods to get it to work.

This patch is necessary because of some additions CE makes to Manchu culture and because of errors CE corrects in 4 vanilla country tags (MIN, JIN, WAR and MON are changed to MII, JII, WAA and MNT - left as is they create errors)
The corrections are not carried over into Reworked Cultures because that would then create further compatibility problems.

Compatibility:
This mod requires no DLC but can be used with all DLC
