Add President Woodrow WIlson to the game as a new leader for America



UA: Fourteen Points
Upon making peace, recieve a random bonus. During peace Social Policies are 25% cheaper.

UU: Doughboys
Wilson's unique replacement for the Great War Infantry, Stronger outside of Friendly Territory. When Fortified slow down and deal damage to adjacent enemies Units, but lose a movement point for that turn.

UB: Auto Plant
Replaces the Factory. When in Peace produce a unique Luxury Car Resource. When in war yield +2 Production and +25 production for units. Doesn't require Coal.

This seems like a cool Civ to try out, unfortunately I can't seem to install it despite having the community patch. I even tried manually putting the files into my mod folder to no avail. Please consider having a look into this and fixing the issues if you are still active.

The Treaty of Versailles is a failure precisely because Wilson failed to convince other leaders to take the Fourteen Points into account. The League of Nations failed similarly, because Wilson could not convince America to join. He had good ideas, but failed to get people to follow them.

He also re-segregated the military, so... Yeah. Definitely racist.
