Super Carthage

Description
This is a standalone portion of my Hordes, Leagues and Confederations that merges all the playable Carthaginian factions into one, the Barcids. Carthage will still have the multi-party system, but your one playable faction will have ALL the faction traits of all the Carthaginian factions in the vanilla game.

Looking at this the outcome appears a bit big? I keep seeing cultural affinity of 70? That the Carthaginian hold on key products and western trade made people accept they had to deal with them and makes the vanila's we all "hate Carthage" crap this seems a bit far the other way? Is there an opportunity to tone it down ?

There is a real need to tweak the territories. Those i Spain are a virtual private possesion of the Barca as really have to be main Carthage - especially as both Gades & Tingis were the keys to controlling the Atlantic trade dominance. Thaupsus is actually a satilite city of Carthage so should be main faction to.

maybe a super diadochi faction combining. it'd be pretty ahistorical which I usually don't like to do, but fun as hell.
