Newest edition to my Empire Expanded Series. The State Troop Reskin.

This changes the way in which the Empire look and utilises the equipment of the Empire to make the standard state troops feel more in line with what I would percieve them to look like.

Changes:

- Crossbowmen have the floppy hat with standard clothing mix.
- Handgunners have the helmet with banding, and the plumed version of this. They have standard clothing mix with tights only.
- Halberdiers have the helmet with vertical plume. They have standard clothing mix with tights only.
- Spearmen have standard helmet with no plume. They have standard clothing mix.
- Spearmen with Shields have standard helmet and plumed vertical version. They have standard clothing mix.
- Swordsmen have standard helmet with no plume. They have standard clothing mix.

Also if you have my Reiksguard or Officer packs you will see that these units have also been altered to utilise new shields (Better State Shields by - "Dontfearme22") . All credits go to him for his creations.

I have marked it as a required file because if it is not utilised then you will see units appearing without shields.
