(2) Mud and Blood

Description
Mud & Blood Players: 1-2, Pop cap: 150, Standard Resources w/no fuel points. Fight through WWI style trench systems and over no man’s land as you strive to smash your opponent’s forces. I’ve designed this primarily to be an Infantry only map with one vehicle exit point per side. Fuel is limited but will still accumulate over time, which helps to restrict the vehicle numbers seen on the battlefield.

For a good game I highly recommend using CaptainPMM’s Infantry Assualt Mod, SneakEye’s All Units Mod or iWaNN’s Defence Mod with this map.

@Guy I'm having the same problem; it feels as though the movement of the camera (pan) is all..."Laggy"; but when I stop movement, the game runs fine. I'm using a computer that was built from the ground up to game, so I know its not the Machine, here.

whenever i try to move the camera around, the camera movement is very jumpy on both versions of your map. I have a good rig, i7 @ 2.8 gHz, GTX 860M. It runs CoH2 perfectly. I am trying to use the CheatCommands mod, Perhaps the map needs better optimization? Whatever the issue, is, please fix it, because I LOVE your map design.

oh don't worry, my side will have some time before he gets the game since he has to do some work for our college. Hes kinda forgotten to do several things so yeah, hes behind schedule.

Unless he concentrates a lot of troops and fire support on a single section of your front you shouldn't have any problems, just make sure you got some reserves until you decide to attack but I don't think a single person will give you much trouble unless he's really, really good or at least experienced.

Thank you all for the comments, I've actually started work on a 2v2 version for this now! The width of the map will be doubled to give each of the four players the same style trench system that will be joined to thier Ally. I will be changing no man’s land slightly in the new section and the end result should look pretty sweet :steamhappy:

Shiro when you vs him next try using MG's with overlapping mortar fire to hold the line. Follow that up with assault troops (flamethrower & lmg squad’s work best) to attack, mix in a couple AT guns to stop the few vehicles he’ll have and you will own him :)

yes, think you could make a larger version (i'd like to play on the same side as a friend since we have a bet with another guy who thinks he can beat us single handedly)
