Belgica Regia's Luxembourg

Description
Adds the Duchy of Luxembourg, which evolved from County in the Middle Ages to Grand Duchy in the present day. It lost two thirds of its territory in the process, mostly to Belgium - which has a Luxembourg province - but also France and Germany.

Support added for Events & Decisions (highly recommended), Ryoga's Unique Cultural Infuence, YnAEMP, Ethnic Units and Cultural Diversity.
This mod is part of my "Belgica Regia" pack, but now released separately on request. This should also fix unpacking problems people were having with the full mod.

Leader: Ermesinde

UA: Gibraltar of the North: When a friendly combat unit enters your borders, receive the Defensive Strength of the first city it halts at in Gold. Cities with a Fort within two tiles gain +2 Gold, increased to +5 Gold if 3 Forts or a Citadel.

UB: can upgrade the defense of Luxembourg with three extensions to the capital's Bockfiels, each offering a 15% bonus to all defensive buildings in the empire and 15 hitpoints to Luxembourg city. The extensions are:
- Bastions and Curtain Walls
- Advance Fortifications and Barracks
- Casemates and Exterior Forts

UU: Chasseur Ardennais, replaces WWI Infantry: Gains an additional movement and heals every turn when fighting in a war involving a friend.

John of Bohemia, would have been a better choice for the leadership, up to this day he is celebrated and probably the most iconic medieval Luxembourger.

Is this the capital Luxembourg?

Go ahead! That's the way to learn. And do copy anything you need, I don't mind.

Do you mind if I take a look at your code (I'm not gonna copy it 100%, I'm trying to make a trait that reduces Building Upkeep, but it's not possible via XML and have no idea how to do it)
Moriboe  [author] 20 Oct, 2016 @ 10:29am
It's all lua.
Mr. Gentleman 20 Oct, 2016 @ 10:20am
How did you code that unique ability? Is it in XML only or in lua aswell?

Ah the joy of mod conflicts. There's two things you can do to help me figure it out:
1. Disable other mods and try to pin point the one creating the conflict.
2. Post the tail of your database.log file and any errors in lua.log. Logging needs to be enabled in your config.ini for this.

As for San Marino: no, sorry. I'll be focussing on Civ VI soon!
