Alright, this will let you become a Loan giver though religious vassals don't like usury, 2 decisions will adopt and revoke loaner status, broke realm lords will come to you for loans that you can accept or reject, accepted loans will come due in 5 years, rejected applicants can't reapply for a year. If you die, outstanding loans should transfer to your heir and if a loan taker dies loans should transfer to their heir and be called due a year after inheriting.

loan amount is 100 and repaying is 125, if a taker can't repay you can extend the loan for a year or force a claim on their title.

Added an imprison option, If they are your vassal then it directly goes to them, if they are someone else's vassal than it goes to their liege, who can agree with you, repay the loan, or protect their vassal. The debtor can come quietly or flee to foreign court(or Nightswatch for AGOT). If you imprison them within 10 years of declaring them a defaultor you can work them for a year and recoup your money.
A Decision to Open your Books and review all current loans.

To use with A Game of Thrones Mod, you need to add a dependency, to Sin Loaner.mod in the mods folder, E.G. ***\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
