Unified Gremlin and Bit Movement Speed

Description
When Xcom 2 first released Gremlins always moved at the same speed, in the current version of the game, Gremlins move at twice the speed when performing actions in which they move independently from their specialist such as, Aid Protocol, Medical Protocol, Haywire Protocol, Restoration and general hacking, this mod removes that speed multiplier and makes the Gremlins move at one unified speed, resulting in less jerky and stupid looking movements, Spark Bits are also impacted

-Smoother Movements Overall

-Camera Stutters Less When Following Gremlins

-All Gremlin types are impacted

-All Spark Bits are Impacted

-Rover is impacted

Thanks Vortex! I know it's hard to sort of explain and it doesn't happen all of the time. It can also occur at the end of the AI's final turn, where the camera quickly pans back to your squad while the game is still doing some sort of calculation in the background, resulting in stutter/hitching. Adding a delay for the camera pan at the start and end of the AI turn cycle may reduce a lot of the stutter, as well as slowing the actual camera pan speed (much like you did with this mod :). A bonus would be including an adjustable ini value to control the initial delay as well as camera pan speed too. :steamhappy:

@Vortex, hi again! Another great mod, thank you! Do you know if it's possible to put a 'time delay' in the camera system (preventing it from panning) until the AI has decided what action they're going to make at the start of their turn? Currently it seems like everything happens at once and often results in severe hitching/stutter while the camera pans AND the AI is doing their super smart calculations :). I know it's a Turn based strategy game but this performance issue drives me crazy! :steamfacepalm:

In the meantime, though, it does seem to work with War of the Chosen. At least... It doesn't crash my game. Don't know if it does anything :)

that's impossible, sorry I don't think you understand, this mod only changes a few values in the unit code for BIts and Gremlins

Hello! Great mod, but appears majorly imcompatible with LW2 -- it's overriding squad selection screen UI and showing the old vanilla interface.
