Description
I found it ridiculous that the chapter house was buildable at level 5 when all the other chapter houses in the game you can make at level 3 so I reduced it to level 3 which makes recruiting Knights of the Blazing Sun on par with recruiting Reiksguard. Also I made it buildablt in Altdorf so you can actually use the new knights sooner since taking Tabecland might be a pain for some people early on.

The AI would be able to field the Knights? And also their chapter is only available in Altdorf and Talabecland?

thanks for this, blazing sun is my favourite chapter and the fact that i need to wait until after chaos is infuriating.
