Description
There's one statement - word can heal, word can harm. This Overseer is the living proof of that.

Voll, the most persuading orator of his time could calm any conflict, or incite the war with mere words. Many believed his tongue was magical, others rumored he spoke hidden enchantments during the speech or even consumed the mystical potion of Grand Charisma every morning. There were those who didn't like the influence he had on others. They believed Voll's voice was so infuential, it could even allow him twist the minds of thousands by simple whisper.

In fear that one day Voll would reveal his true colours, group of nobles tried to silence him forever by sending assassins to his residence. Nobles warned them about Voll's unique voice, though by arrogance they forgot to shield their ears when they approached him. When asked by Voll, they revealed the plot of nobles and the task they were assigned to do. Voll directed them to return to their masters and lie that they succeeded. As the proof, he gave them his heirloom - a seal of his family, Dragon of Overseers, discovered by one of his ancestors many centuries ago. He knew - there would be no better evidence of his demise than a seal which was always used by him during important negotiations, which he always kept very close to himself. As expected, Nobles were pleased, they believed into the story Voll said to tell them, heirloom provided as trophy of success left no doubts or questions.

Next day, nobles who thought the danger has passed, stumbled upon a beggar on their way to Citadel. When beggar asked for a coin, they gave him one. When he asked for another, they did the same. They couldn't understand why they were obeying the beggar, until they found themselves on their knees, surrounded by confused people. Voll, who they thought to be gone was standing in front of them in rags, holding everything they had few minutes ago. Shocked, they couldn't do anything but watch how Voll threw their gold and silver into crowd, as one who can command others by voice had no longer any need for wealth. Surrounded by people who were fighting with each other for every coin on the ground nobles could do nothing but wait for Voll's next move in complete fear. Voll didn't need his heirloom anymore, the sight of terrified traitors and mad crowd tearing itself apart reminded him what he was told by his mentor - his gift can be both the bless or the curse at the same time. The day would come he could no longer control it without breaking people's mind and life, and he would have to choose. Vowing to never speak again, he left the street and moved out of the city he was once born in search of the place where he could peacefully spend the rest of his life, until one day he was approached by a hooded man who promised to show him the place where Voll could speak without causing any harm.

Voll, former orator, now is an Overseer of Sound. Though he doesn't speak, the sound of his beating core echoes in every corner, altering the realm around him, as well as attracts powerful Titans to his service. He exists here without any particular goal, not knowing that his Core also holds 1 of 2 keys to the Chamber of Overseers - place where one can either take control over every lesser living being or reveal the greatest Secret of Overseers. Underlord, we are close to the destination of our journey - we need 2 keys in order to unlock the Grand Lock of Chamber. Get it, no matter the cost, but don't forget, the closer you will get to Voll, the harder it will be for you to preserve your sanity.

Featuring powerful Overseer who's dungeon is more vivid and active, 4 Archons and 4 Colossuses, shrines of power under control. The longer you stay in this realm, the more will his dungeon change. Soon even you may submit yourself to the sound of the beating core of Lord of Echoes.
