Description
Hello warhammer-players. After more then 2 weeks!! of pain, stress and agony we did it!
Behold, Isabella Von Carstein as the FIRST brand new and UNIQUE hero.

LORE-FRIENDLY as much as gameplay allowed me to so i would say that she is for 95% true to the lore. She has her unique item (blood chalice of bathori) gave her 2 mount variants, this might or might not be accurate..you, as player, can allways decide not to unlock the mounts.

Vampire Counts players start a new campaign with their starting lord + his army of their choice, AND Isabella as agent allready on the map (added through startpos changes, read "things of importance" a bit further in the mod description). You do not have to recruit her, she is allready there. Isabella is a legendary hero, that means she CAN NOT DIE. She can only be wounded.
Isabella is a fully functional agent (both on battlefield and campaign) with hero actions.

A skill tree tailored together to fit her role. She gets traits and ancillaries just like any regular agent.
and a new line in her skill tree for her own unique (custom made) abilities. Her abilities have the overcast method just like regular magical spells. so decide well when you want to "overboost" your ability to receive an improved effect, at the cost of a longer cooldown.

Isabella performs the role as countess (benefitting the campaign gameplay with buffs) and support (her unique abilities are powerful augments) she is a capable fighter, but that's not the role that she should do..leave that to the dedicated meelee fighters like Vlad, Vampire Lord or Wight king.

Isabella has her own unique textures, portraits and unit card. When she reaches a high enough level she can learn "the awakening" which lets her summon her elite bodyguard (the dread guard, in the lore she was allways mentioned as fighting inside a ring of guards). The dread guard are a new NOT-recruitable unit( also with their own retextures) that can only be called in with the awakening ability. It does not have a "can not use if army is full" that means that even if the army with Isabella in it allready has 20/20 unit slots, she can still use the awakening twice (regular cast is sword+ shield version AND overcast is great weapon version) bringing the units to 22/20.

THING OF IMPORTANCE!!

1)This mod changed the startpos, so i can not promise that it is compatible with other mods who also alter this. Most likely it will not work together at all! There can only be 1 startpos change.
other then that, this mod should be compatible with any other mod out there.

2)When playing a multiplayer campaign, the legendary lord of your chosing and isabella will spawn at the same place. This results in that both isabella or your legendary lord CAN NOT MOVE. this can be solved by disbanding isabella (she will become wounded, and return in 5 turns) so that your legendary lord is able to move again. This is a base game problem and i'm looking to fix it. For now, the disband-method works just fine.

Statwise they are balanced (in my opinion) but if you may have a different opinion then i would be more then happy to hear it.
This also includes any possible bug/error or other issue you may find ( made her with care, and tested her plenty of time before releasing)

Back again. I deleted all startpos files located in total war: warhammer folder what ctrl+F could find; there was 3 of them:
1./tw:wh/data/campaigns/wh_dlc03_beastmen
2./tw:wh/data/campaigns/wh_dlc05_wood_elves
3./tw:wh/data/campaigns/main_warhammer
after that verified files (with your mod unscubscribed).
After that, i started new campaign as my beloved wildlands orcs.
BOOM! 10 slots capitals still don't work, and after checking new game as von carsteins i'm still able to summon isabelle...
Now i really don't know what to do beside reinstalling the game.
Don't get me wrong - game is working well, and all mods beside 10 slots capitals as well works as intended. But that thing, to be able to do something what mods provide when it is theoretically uninstalled is horryfing.
I hope this report will help somehow to improve mod to be it's best form. And for now, I will play with original 6 slots. >_>

Now i don't know what to do - it looks like your mod after turning my pc off, and turning it later did some voodoo and merged isabelle mod with game files or something. I'll delete startpos now and verify local files again to download clear file and look forward to have working capitals now (your mod is unsubscribed now - so on paper it should work now).

I'm not writing it to ppl to hate your mod - it is awesome. But if it is really caused by some edited voodoo lines - it is worth reparing if you have some spare time ofc. If someone want to play as Von Carsteins it is must have mod, but that bug...i'll write if deleting startpos/verifing local files worked as planned.

I'm not playing as carsteins now, so I unsubscribed your mod. Next check - playing as wild orcs, new game as always. Capitals don't work even when i unsubscribed your mod...quit to menu, and starting new game as carsteins. It is strange because i can summon isabelle even when i your mod is not subscribed.
So i quit game and verified local files; waited until it's done. Started new game as orcs (i really want to play as them right now). BOOM! capitals don't work, and checking after that as carsteins (all the time new games, to be sure about everything) - i still can summon isabelle...

It was strange, because it worked well together for whole campaign day earlier. So i started to look what is causing this conflict, and I found that your mod is not present in launcher "mod configuration" tab. I'm 100% sure that it was there when i ended last session, and i'm also 100% sure that I did not unsubscribed/uninstalled it manually or something. So to be sure, i checked grand campaing as von carstein - new game to be sure to find something valuable to repair this. I have ability to summon Isabelle even if this mod wasn't present there (still no 10 slots for capital).
I subscribed to your mod again (because it unsubscribed itself somehow). Agains checked campaign as von carsteins, also new game. I have ability so summon isabelle, and capitals don't work now - but in this case it is justified, because both mods edit startpos...

I have problem with your mod (i did read Q&A, and it is not mentioned there)...so I ended campaign as Von Carsteins and quit game. I turned off PC. #sleeptime When I turned it later, I wanted to play game. Normal start as always. I wanted to start campaing as wildland orcs (that red hand on gray background). Everything was normal, but when I wanted to build something, I noticed that one of my mods does not work properly (that for 10 slots capitals: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=815266198) ....

Here is why we updates are expected, Because if its not updated, then it wont work for newer versions of the game when its updated.
