Delayed Evac

Description
Configurable change to evacuation that delays the evacuation zone appearing for a few turns. Part of Guerrilla War.

You can also make hot evacs more risky by adding an exclusion zone around the site, wherein if enemies are present when Firebrand arrives, the evac will be aborted.

Configuration is done in the file: XComDelayedEvac.ini

[DelayedEvac.DelayedEvac_GameState_EvacZoneSpawner]
; the delay between a flare being dropped, and the evac zone being spawned
EvacCountdownTurns=2

; the cooldown of being able to CALL evac
EvacCallCooldownTurns=5

; if the exclusion radius is 0 it won't have one
ExclusionRadius=10

; if the flares are murdering your system or you don't like them, set this to false
ExclusionRadiusVisible=true

I'm playing with Reality Machina's Additional Mission types, and I have an odd interaction. I've played this before and haven't gotten any problems, but there is no Evac flare showing, no exclusion flares(they are activated), it doesn't go on cooldown after being placed, and even after waiting X amount of turns, it doesn't appear. I'll try uninstalling and re-installing this mod.

Just dropping by to say how awesome this exclusion radius mechanic is. Been away from XCOM for a few months and was pleasantly surprised when I did my first evac. You rule!

@Meatbang, you can now disable the ExclusionRadius by setting ExclusionRadiusVisible to false. Enjoy.
