What This Mod Does
1.4.0
1) This mod adds leader traits of all kinds to help spruce up your leader pool. Many have inherent bonuses and penalties and others grant abilities the vanilla ones do not. I had to eyeball balance most of the numbers and I hope nothing is too op as I don’t want to dwarf the vanilla traits too much.

Companion Mods
Tech Weights Addon
This mod is not yet updated. I could use help updating it.
Allowing traits to affect tech weights requires editing the core tech files. Doing this causes incompatibilities with other mods. For this reason I put the tech weight modifications as their own add-on mod as this mod functions alright without them.

Gwen's Simple Traits
This mod adds over 200 new simple species traits.

Gwen's Leader Flaws and Virtues Updated to 1.3.0
This mod adds negative traits that grant more positive traits. It also has amazing positive traits that can only show up if a leader has a negative trait.

Gwen's Starting Techs
This mod adds over 60 traits that cover a lot of early game techs.

Gwen's Complex Traits
Adds a bunch of mostly balanced flavorful traits.

Just a heads up to folks that Gwen's PC has gone kaput! ;-; They are working on getting it fixed, but updates will be on hold until she has a working computer again! Sorry for the delays, and we'll keep you posted on her status :)

any idea what building_power_plant_1_build_cost_mult = -0.20 should be? it isn't red but it should be.
