Just a heads up to folks that Gwen's PC has gone kaput! ;-; They are working on getting it fixed, but updates will be on hold until she has a working computer again! Sorry for the delays, and we'll keep you posted on her status :)

I love your mods! A future idea: I am looking for a mod that only adds new variety of terrain blockers (without having to install the AlphaMod, that adds so much else that bug other mods).

Cool mod as usual, I got a question though. Things like "Ruler Expertise Industry", gives (by looking at the code) +10% speed to Industry "category_industry_research_speed_mult = 0.1". But the description says it also increases the chance of finding Industry techs. Are technologies not weighted individually with some of them having a boost if they find the correct trait that would give that boost? For example, the technology "tech_powered_exoskeletons" from Industry has an extra bonus to its weight of x1.25 if you have a scientist with the "leader_trait_expertise_industry" trait. So only then it has a higher chance of appearing, unless I am mistaken.
