A modern staffed, educated and advanced to realistic Road Maintenance department

Note: In game colors are much better than the images above.

Features
- Lights where there should be lights including flight warning lights
- 4 colors for more variety ( see images for colors and colors are better in game )
- Markers are set so cims will enter and exit the building and sit on benches
- Parking lot works so cars park
- No crooked gates in odd places
- Clean, but busy Storage Yard
- More staff so more trucks so longer range and better coverage
- Snow Fall update required and compatible

No, it's fine Populous, and this building's fine as it is, I just don't understand the point of adding RICO to this asset when it doesn't need it.

It has been awhile since I played with RICO and at the time a bit unstable. So, how would a RICO version help on a asset.
