No, it's fine Populous, and this building's fine as it is, I just don't understand the point of adding RICO to this asset when it doesn't need it.

The game programming makes the building work as a road maintenance facility. I don't see, after looking into it, how it could be done or I sure would rebuild it for you.

I meant if you could make a version without the requirement of the Snowfall DLC. You have either done something with the building, which require something from the Snowfall DLC, or you just have set the option "Requirement: Snowfall DLC".
