Military Station No-Build Zone Rebalance

Description
STELLARIS 1.8
This Mod changes the default "no-build" distance between Space stations.
Military station can now protect each other even better.

Now you can seriously protect important systems with a cluster of Military stations.
(If you can afford the maintenance costs :>)


VANILLA (current version - 1.8)
@build_block_radius_military = 200

VANILLA (before version 1.6)
@build_block_radius_small = 70
@build_block_radius_medium = 90
@build_block_radius_large = 110

THIS MOD
@build_block_radius_small = 10
@build_block_radius_medium = 20
@build_block_radius_large = 40


REMARK - station durability:
As fact that you can place station closer to each other than in VANILLA, I did not use the new durability parameters from version 1.8!
Overview Hitpoints: THIS MOD (= before version 1.6) / VANILLA (1.6) / VANILLA (current version - 1.8)
military station small = 2000 / 5000 / 5000
military station medium = 4000 / 10000 / 15000
military station large = 8000 / 15000 / 40000

All station parameters are from old VANILLA (before version 1.6), except the build block radius!

Would it be at all possible for you to make a version that only resets the range and HP to pre-1.6? I really don't feel like I need to pack in a boatload of stations, but 200 is just stupid. Feels like a waste of effort to make a single station even with the new higher health, but at the same time I'm not trying to make an unstoppable defensive line.

@Cacodemon, I am aware of the "double design".
This mod uses his own file and does NOT alther the vanilla "00_ship_sizes.txt"
=> both versions are visible in the ship designer

For the AI Empire:
I just created a new game and used the console command: mature_galaxy (simulates a 100 years old galaxy.)
All regular empire used the station design from this mod.
But they are not building more stations or start to turtle in systems with station.
=> They behave like in vanilla (mostly one station per system)
