Improved Main Quest Finale

Improved (in my opinion) Finale Mod

**********DESCRIPTION**********

SLIGHT SPOILERS: This mod is designed to improve the entire endgame of Skyrim by making Skuldafn more challenging, and Sovngarde more epic and less climatic. 'Improved Finale' is a combination of the mods Stronger Alduin, Skuldafn Upgrade, and Improved Final Battle, however many of the features have been changed.


**********DETAILS**********

Below is a list of all the changes I can remember. Note that these are changes from the DEFAULT Skyrim.


SKULDAFN EXTERIOR

- New climate.

- More draugr, mostly low level stuff.

- Added two more dragons as well as making the two extra dragons at the end hostile (overall there are now six dragons).

- The dragon priest Nahkriin is now twice the level of the player. His minimum level is 50 and his maximum is 100.

- Nahkriin is supported by two hard leveled Draugr.

SKULDAFN INTERIOR

- Added a few high level draugr, removed a few lesser Draugr.

- Added two regular dragon priests.


SOVNGARDE EXTERIOR

- Renamed the quest 'Sovngarde' to 'Dragonslayer,' and 'Dragonslayer' to 'The Battle of Sovngarde.'

- Added a new enemy to the area around the Hall of Valor. They are called Consumed Souls and are very similar to Corrupted Shades in how they look and attack. They are level 8 and have a speed of 300.

- Tsun, Hakon One Eye, Felldir the Old, and Gormlaith Golden Hilt now take 10 times more damage from Alduin. This also applies to any potential essential characters wandering Sovngarde (eg. Legate Rikke, Ulfric Stormcloak).

- Hakon One Eye now wears Dragonplate armor.

- Added four heroes to assist the player in the final battle: Larimir the Swordsman, Farren Von Delgire, Raleen of Winterhold, and Haroth the Battlemaster. When killed, their souls are consumed by Alduin, which spawns a Consumed Soul where they died.

- Added three Imperial soldiers and three Stormcloak soldiers to assist the player in the final battle. When killed, their souls are consumed by Alduin, which spawns a Consumed Soul where they died.

- Alduin:
-- Health offset has been increased from 1700 to 3000.
-- Firestorm shout calls a storm aswell. During this shout, Alduin becomes ethernal (invincible) until either 18 seconds have passed or he has attacked. Note that he is immune from Dragonrend while ethernal.
-- Can now use a Marked for Death/Unrelenting Force shout combo.
-- Unarmed damage is now leveled (i.e. the higher your level, the more damage Alduin's melee does).
-- Fire Ball and Ice Storm are now combined. The same applies for Fire Breath and Frost Breath.
-- Negates 100% of incoming damage from other NPC's (this is necessary because the main heroes are essential).
-- Negates 95% of incoming damage from the player (the alternative is to increase Alduin's health even more but this causes bugs).


SOVNGARDE INTERIOR

- Each Hero of Sovnguard now wears different armor from each other.

- Ysgramor renamed as Vsunman. He wears Dragonscale armor.
(Note - Vsunman is a made up character. Ysgramor was changed because in his statues he's seen wearing unique armor whereas in Sovngarde, Bethesda had him in Ancient Nord armor.)


**********KNOWN BUGS**********

- New climate in Skuldafn doesn't work. It's possible that the player may need to 'wait' a while for the new climate to take effect.

- Alduin sometimes slides across the battlefield while landed.


**********FUTURE UPDATES**********

- Fix the Hall of Valor interior windows.

- Make the roaming Imperial/Stormcloak soldiers spawn Consumed Souls when they die.

can you make a fix where you have to talk to jarl balgruuf after you beat alduin for the first time?

I think having Alduin have that one ability that regenerates all his health instantly would be interesting

Errrr, was Tsun meant to kill imperial and stormcloak soldiers when battling Alduin?

I use to kill alduin with my fist, in less than 3 mins, I might change my tactics....

only thing i didnt like about it was ysgramor missing as well maybe ast the person who made ysgramors armor mod if you can use it instead of the ancient nord

This was awesome and more like it. I spent an awful lot of time being flung through the air from shouts and apparently stunned where I could not shout.
This took a good half hour to complete the final battle. My only complaint is put ysgrimmor back ancient nord armor and all.!! otherwise awesome!!

love the mod but for some reason all the extra characters in the final battle attack me if i hit alduiin enough times

Maybe you can add the Helm of Ysgramor mod on Ysgramor so he'll look a little unique? And perhaps make the damage reduction form the player a little bit less(like 80%, idk)
