Ibn Battuta's Legacy(+) map improvement for CK

THIS MOD IS NO LONGER NECESSARY. FOR THE HOLY FURY AND IRON CENTURY UPDATES, I WAS ABLE TO INCORPORATE ALL THIS MOD'S IMPROVEMENTS INTO THE BASE CK2 AND IN SOME AREAS ACTUALLY EXPAND IT. SO THIS MOD IS ONLY USABLE IF YOU USE CK2 VERSIONS OLDER THAN HOLY FURY UPDATE.

This MAP mod redraws borders in various areas of the MiddleEast, Africa and Europe in order to improve the map immersion and fix actual locations of provinces, cities, rivers and mountains.

Features:
- It fixes courses of rivers such as Danube and adds few more rivers to Central Europe region. (courtesy of Talvos)
- It fixes Carpathian mountains
- It fixes province borders and holdings in following areas:
Hungary, Bohemia, Poland and Germany
Persia, Central Asia and Turkestan
Syria, Iraq, Holy Land and Arabia
Egypt and North and East Africa
- It adds some (18) provinces: some to Central Asia, but mostly to West and Central Africa creating a corridor connecting West Africa with Libya and East Africa
- It adds Trade route from West and Central Africa to the Mediterraean coast

Game version compatibility:
- It works just fine with 2.7.1 version despite not being fully updated (using the mod you will only miss changes such as Ganges river or lake Baikal)
- Is not yet fully compatible with EUIV converter, but I can't rule out it could somehow work
