The CK2 team allowed me to include or even expand basically all improvements of this mod into the base game in the Holy Fury and Iron Century updates. In those updates I was actually able to add even little more than I did for this mod, so it's not needed anymore.

Check it later today or tomorrow.
As for Frisia - I might consider it for the 769 bookmark. Certainly not for any later.
And also, is your map mod compatible with the Jewish Kings mod? (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=740534329&searchtext=jewish)
2.7?
Cheers
The mod has been updated and all mentioned problems fixed, except the localisation and income from trade routes. For some reasons the final income simply ignores the values I've set for them. Need to find a way to make it work as intended.
Slave road is glitched too. Gold road is missing localization, and it is also TOO rich: http://imgur.com/YlpPZeS
And I haven't tested it with converter, but except the new provinces in Africa (and 2 in central Asia) it should be more or less okay.
@Rickter and @Gaius J.C. - I hope you (will) like it even after trying. Any suggestions or feedback are welcome!
@King Charles the Bald - I'm sorry. Modding community has some rules and I'm not going to break them especially when asked to openly make the mod available to somebody with illegal copy. The game is quite often on sale available for some 10EURO which IMHO isn't that much. It is worth much more. I myslf bought it to be abe to access modding community. I can only recommend this step.
You're right, there were several wrong pixels which I have now fixed and as soon as I test everything, I will soon upload a new version, which will also contain some other minor changes/fixes I noticed in the meantime.
Concerning Turkestan - I was aware of that but somehow thought it doesn't mind much, but I guess you're right and it will be changed too.
As of Munster - there will be some more fixes (Cologne will be moved to the right bank of Rhine and new province will appear there instead.
As of further changes. The plan is to gradualy overhaul all parts of the map which need it and for which I have sources. Howver, I don't want to do drastic changes in de-jure setup of duchies and kingdoms in order to keep this as close to vanilla as possible. Simultaneously I am working on another mod, which goes deeper and changes also history.
Some changes of this kind might be possible there, but not in the map mod itself.
Less importantly, there's also something weird going on with Munster, in Germany. It's the only province where the name doesn't sit overtop of the province itself very well. I suspect some there's an extra pixel or two in a neighboring province.
Overall, however, I really like the map and the province changes, however. Any plans to further modify things like duchies and kingdoms?
This version keeps these provinces there or, in case of Syria/Iraq moves them to other parts of their own region or to Arabia.
