Instagib Damages (BFE Edition)

Description
Someone requested this of me (again) and I ported the mod I originally made for TSE HD over to BFE since I had the game and editor installed and also because I was told eNigmas' version didn't work. This mod, in case you're wondering, infuses all the weapons with Instagib power and they now all do 999999 damage. Meaning it kills every enemy instantly.

Technical Details:
- No DLC needed.
- Replaces all the weapons because BFE is too stubborn to have this done any other way apparently.
- Because it replaces all the weapons, this is not compatible with my AWE pack or any pack that changes the weapons at all.

@THE-LAST-SAINT: This replaces all the base weapons in BFE with Instagib-enhanced versions of them. Nothing more or less.

@artificial. i did read the discription but this replaces all? like you select a weapon and its this weapon! so like all in 1 gun! man that's pretty handy in a way..

instagib is my life to me without him there is no reason to continue to play serious Sam
