@Ronik: You have to open the weapon EP file and change the damage to what you want. Then save it and then load up the moddable version of BFE. It should be done. Also, make sure no other mods you installed are conflicting.

What you can try doing is find the specific mod(s) that's causing problems and then message the mod authors, telling them to change their mods to not edit the weapon EP files.

this is not compatible

If the latter, I REALLY can't help you. Since Serious Sam 3 does not have a load order editor for the mods, they will stubbornly interfere with each other sometimes with very little the mod authors or players can do.

Is it Jewel of the Nile Unity itself that's causing problems or the Ultimate Resource Pack collection it's tied to?

@Dominik: Does it make the shotgun normal again? If it does, then the pack is replacing the Single Shotgun EP file. There's nothing really I can do about that.
