Scotland/Gaeldom Flag Swap (Ironman Compatible)

Simple mod that swaps over the flags of Scotland and the Highland vassal state of Gaeldom that Scotland can create as a subject, swapping Gaeldom's Saltire with Scotland's Lion Rampant flag (since I prefer the Saltire. :) ).
