I haven't played around in the asset editor to modify other creator's buildingd but I believe there is a way to create independent assets. My little advise to you on making wide assets with row houses is that they will not really look good when they are on steeper hills because even though they are individual buildings, they won't conform to slopes. You will end up having one side goes into a hill and other side way up from ground. I would keep 2u-wide max if you care such thing.

Sorry but I don't think I take commission on such work. Watching some Youtube videos of people creating cities with Ploppable RICO aka city painters may be helpful. I believe some of them tell what to do in the most efficient way to make their perfect cities.

So I was messing around in the asset editor with a lot of your rowhouses to try and make 2u- thru 4u-wide versions (with lvl1 being 2 story and lvl5 being the taller ones) until I realized what I'm doing is creating an asset where it is just spawning in your original model multiple times rather than just having an independent asset. I know I can just zone paint 1u at a time (the new District Styles Plus does not spawn correctly with a style with just 1u-wide assets) but I'd rather zone'n'go.

Would you be interested in making wider versions of your rowhouses? I was intending to make a whole theme that included your low com corner buildings (instead as high res) as well, but I realize the amount of work I have to put in and learn exceeds the convenience I get on the other side.. Do you take commissions perhaps?

The most of my assets are vanilla friendly on purpose actually ;) Enjoy

After finding out Ploppable RICO has settings that can change any growable to whatever zone or level you want, I've been grabbing your assets to help make historic low com and medium density building themes for my games :) I wasn't satisfied with the Brooklyn set as the photo-style textures didn't have continuity with other assets, but your texture work blends in perfectly with a lot of included C:S assets

Thanks. I wish the same as well..! I always try to optimize tris to make it reasonable while keeping good quality and also check with Mesh Info Mod. But older buildings often have many details like arches and pillars which end up with more tris...oh well.

i love your models but really wish there were versions with less tris
