I haven't played around in the asset editor to modify other creator's buildingd but I believe there is a way to create independent assets. My little advise to you on making wide assets with row houses is that they will not really look good when they are on steeper hills because even though they are individual buildings, they won't conform to slopes. You will end up having one side goes into a hill and other side way up from ground. I would keep 2u-wide max if you care such thing.
Sorry but I don't think I take commission on such work. Watching some Youtube videos of people creating cities with Ploppable RICO aka city painters may be helpful. I believe some of them tell what to do in the most efficient way to make their perfect cities.
Would you be interested in making wider versions of your rowhouses? I was intending to make a whole theme that included your low com corner buildings (instead as high res) as well, but I realize the amount of work I have to put in and learn exceeds the convenience I get on the other side.. Do you take commissions perhaps?
The most of my assets are vanilla friendly on purpose actually ;) Enjoy
Thanks. I wish the same as well..! I always try to optimize tris to make it reasonable while keeping good quality and also check with Mesh Info Mod. But older buildings often have many details like arches and pillars which end up with more tris...oh well.
