[Outdated] Ethic&Governement Rebuild patch

Description
I am discontinuing the updating of this mod as it is not needed anymore due to modifications in Ethic&Governement Rebuild.

Due to user demand, i'm introducing a new handfull of mods allowing to modify the ammount of Ethic and/or civic points. Just pick the ones corresponding to the ammount you wish.

My comment that this mod is obsolete and there's no need for still stands, E&GR totally changed since when the mod was needed...

They are, but sadly at the time not compatible with E&GR right now... no time to fix sadly.

Fulgrim,none of your modes for increasing civic points don't work at all.
