Green Reptilian Ships: Downscaled Ships

Howdy great peeps,

Changelog - 16 February, 2017:
----------------------------------------------
Ships & stations now have green light/particle effects.
Science ship scan cone color is now green.
Added mod support for: NSC, RS & ISB.
----------------------------------------------

I finally learned how to make new ship types, so I decided to make this mod.
This does NOT overwrite the standard Reptilian ships, but adds a new ship set.

Only if it's downscaled & AI empires can randomly select these ships as well.

So does this meens that if I download a ship model and play with it when I meet an Ai my corvet will be smaller than his?

Ships have smaller sizes according to their type, since in the base game,
corvettes, per example, have little size difference compared to battleships.

As far as I know, it's not inherently compatible with NSC, give it a try.
