Green Reptilian Ships

Howdy great peeps,

Changelog - 16 February, 2017:
----------------------------------------------
Ships & stations now have green light/particle effects.
Science ship scan cone color is now green.
Added mod support for: NSC, RS & ISB.
----------------------------------------------

I finally learned how to make new ship types, so I decided to make this mod.
This does NOT overwrite the standard Reptilian ships, but adds a new ship set.

It should work with improved space battles, but not with new ship classes, as far as I know.
