Better Artifacts

Description
This mod makes most of the artifacts in Skyrim slightly better and able to be tempered, along with eliminating some of the leveled item systems. It also fixes a few artifact bugs.
Below is a list of affected items and later a list of regular item stats as a comparison.
Please comment about any bugs or problems and how you like it!

Dragonbane's enchant is being resisted; i.e. it keeps saying 'Dragon resisted Dragon damage' and it isn't doing extra damage. Halp?

Bethesda has fixed the Ebony Blade one handed bug themselves. No need to worry about it anymore.

Another question: This mod only covers vanilla, correct?
Lampros 8 Aug, 2015 @ 8:53pm
Of all the artifact/top tier weapon "improvement" mods, this one seems the most sensible from a purely statistics viewpoint. The others made artifacts and artifact-like items way too over-powered - which is silly, given that existing crafted items are already silly over-powered. But with this mod, there is actually a choice between artifacts and craftables - which benefits both adventurers who prefer to get their items fighting, and crafters who prefer to make their own items. Really really wonderful balance on the stats.

One question: Is it possible to create mods where you can add an extra enchant to artifacts already enchanted before you acquire them?

I recently got a glitch in Steam that reset all my mods; now whenever i uninstall and reinstall this mod, it gives the buffs to the artifacts, but doesn't give them unlimited charges. :(
