Description
You want it? It's yours my friend, as long as you have enough rupees!

This is a simple mod that changes pixels into green rupees, because Legend of Zelda is awesome. Enjoy!

Due to complications with me losing my upload meta-data (like an idiot..) this has been reuploaded as a new mod.
Forgive me for all the complications.

Fixed pixels not appearing as rupees in-game. If something else has gone wrong, let me know.

Be sure to unsubscribe from the outdated versions of the mod, or there are sure to be problems and errors!

Amazing. It works but the icon on the item cards and inventory is still the old pixel icon. Any clue what mod it could be?

oh but i forgot about treasure pools you would still need to figure those out which i can't help you with as i have not found them out myself (this is if you want to add the rupees to chest and as monster drops)

or in otherwords make different value color coded rupees but not based on stack but based on how much it adds to your ingame wallet using different item ids and values (sorry tried to post this in this post because i don't need to make a comment wall)

edit the money.currency file you can make a legitimate replica of TLoZ with different value peramiters and different images to be different colors for said value peramiters (steams being a
wierd right now tried to post this in the golden rupee mod post so feel free to delete comment if a similer comment appears in said comment section)

as it stands, pairing this with the voxels to rupees mod makes for an almost legit LoZ currency experience
that said (and I don't know if it'd be possible...but) a mod that dynamically morphs and recolors pixel drops/chest slots to the highest color tier rupee based on stack size would be awesome, so 1-4 pixels = green rupee 5-9 = blue rupee 10-19 = yellow rupee 20-49 = red rupee 50-99 = purple rupee 100-299 = silver rupee and 300+ = gold rupee (that's based on the base values that has been the standard since Windwaker, thus I'm assuming that's the final true rupee value scale Nintendo settled on)

also, I just sorta lived with it as I used the mod before, but a 50~75% sfx volume reduction would be a nice update if it's not in there already (haven't played in a while and back for 1.4)

Hmm.. in a calmer state of mind, I see this in a more serious light. The second opinion helps.. I could look into toning it down. Shouldn't be too much of an issue, but I can't promise anything. Thank you for the comment, by the way! I appreciate it! :3

tbh @storvon isnt wrong, wen i collect a lot of them at once, like those rotating random chest things that can either poison u, heal u, drop copper gen/normal bombs or spit out an absurd number of rupees (in this mods case), it sometimes gets VERY loud for like a second if u stand on the spot its spitting them out. i dont complain because i stand away and let it finish and then slowly move in to collect them all, otherwise as he said, it would hurt my ears..

dont get me wrong, the mod is EPIC and i wouldnt ask to change anything about it. As a zelda fan this mod makes the whole game a LOT more zelda-esq :3

I apologise as well if I sound tense, today isn't my best day

Are you sure your volume isn't up excessively loud? No one else's eardrums break when they pick them up, mine included.

If your volume is the issue here your sarcasm is unnecessary.
