wierd right now tried to post this in the golden rupee mod post so feel free to delete comment if a similer comment appears in said comment section)
that said (and I don't know if it'd be possible...but) a mod that dynamically morphs and recolors pixel drops/chest slots to the highest color tier rupee based on stack size would be awesome, so 1-4 pixels = green rupee 5-9 = blue rupee 10-19 = yellow rupee 20-49 = red rupee 50-99 = purple rupee 100-299 = silver rupee and 300+ = gold rupee (that's based on the base values that has been the standard since Windwaker, thus I'm assuming that's the final true rupee value scale Nintendo settled on)

also, I just sorta lived with it as I used the mod before, but a 50~75% sfx volume reduction would be a nice update if it's not in there already (haven't played in a while and back for 1.4)
dont get me wrong, the mod is EPIC and i wouldnt ask to change anything about it. As a zelda fan this mod makes the whole game a LOT more zelda-esq :3
If your volume is the issue here your sarcasm is unnecessary.
It'd result in a lot of editing for the single feature of higher "groups" of pixels, sadly.
Even when looking through the files, I don't think it even supported randomizing the sprite. No item I know of in Starbound does it; which leads me to believe it just can't be done, sadly.
I've never tried it on a server that didn't have the mod, so I couldn't tell you unfortunately, friend!
Considering the art style of starbound, they look pretty good to me.
By the way, I am definitely enjoying this mod. May be part of my love for the Zelda series, but I've been using it ever since I started playing Starbound again. Thanks for making it!
This changes the sprite, as well as the names/descriptions of pixels. It also changes sounds.
It does not change voxels in the way 1.0 did, but you can find (Hopefully) a Pixel Voxels into Rupee Voxels mod on my account that turns voxels into varying tiers of rupees. Starting from blue, all the way up into gold.
This does not alter the pixel compressor, however; though that is a good idea.
Also, would this make Pixel Compresser turn into Rupee Compresser?
If not, that would be pretty cool. Make Voxels like Silver Rupees or something.
