Wiremod Facility V3 (BETA)

Description
Finally, I have released the BETA version of the 3rd version of my Wiremod Facility map. There's still lots of work to do on it, but I decided to upload because others wanted to have the beta out to play with. The 3rd floor is very unfinished still and not many lights up there, same goes for the security door on the third floor (out of service). So, of course, there's going to be some problems with it currently until I work on those and you are willing to point out some things if you'd like.

Some things may not be perfect such as spawn points being in different areas, pretty much in random places. I'd like to get all the spawn points in a grid fashion outside of the building. But I've improved on quite a bit of things:

-Improved and more realistic lighting from fixtures
-Modified grid materials (with bump-mapping) and more colors + decals
-More space inside building (3 floors, more lab/office rooms), accessible rooftop (with helipad)
-Better map optimization than the previous releases (faster compile times)

Coming Soon:
-Soundscapes (for outside, inside (hallways & rooms), test chamber, courtyard)
-NPC path nodes (still figuring out getting them through doors)
-Elevator to all 3 floors (never did this before, so I'll read up on it)
-Completed 3rd floor.

If you guys have any ideas (as long as it's possible in the editor), I can see what I can do. One of the things I cannot do is import models or make my own. I've tried it before, but I couldn't figure it out because I think the steampipe update is at fault there, so not much I can really do about that. I've been making everything within the editor and I also create and import my own materials.

The ambience noise scared me so bad. I know this is the beta, but I'm trying to make a scene where the Combine are now nice and invented Wiremod. The beta is the construction version when they're building it. As I was making a Combine walking, I heard a creepy whistle and I immediatley left and said nope. (Yes this is in 2020.)

I Feel Like Using This For My Newer Training Facility For: Wiremod, My Own Aiming Skills, Area Clearouts, Ect
