Description
Happy (belated) Australia Day!

In this mod you'll play as Bob Hawke, 23rd Prime Minister of Australia! After a decade as ACTU President, Hawke announced his intention to enter politics, and was immediately elected to the House of Representatives. Hawke believed in government by consensus and managed with considerable success to establish agreement between business and the unions in the pursuit of economic growth. The Hawke Government created Medicare and Landcare, brokered the Prices and Incomes Accord, formed APEC, floated the Australian dollar, deregulated the financial sector, introduced the Family Assistance Scheme, announced "Advance Australia Fair" as the official national anthem and initiated superannuation pension schemes for all workers.

Coming soon from Colonialist Legacies: Noongar, Yolngu, Ngaro, Palawa

Coming soon from Senshi: Tuva, Buryats

Features Custom Leader Music!

Leader: Bob Hawke

Let's Stick Together: Specialists refund a portion of Culture spent upon adopting a Social Policy, and consume half the usual Food and Happiness during Golden Ages. Farms on Desert tiles generate Golden Age points if another Desert Farm is adjacent.

SASR: Unlike the Paratrooper, which it replaces, the SASR may paradrop up to eleven tiles rather than nine and gains science when defeating an enemy equal to 50% of its Combat Strength. In addition, its combat strength is increased to 70 while you are researching a Technology no other player has discovered.

CSIRO: Unlocked earlier than the Research Lab it replaces, at Replacable Parts, the CSIRO contains an additional Scientist specialist slot. In addition, it grants a small burst of golden age points upon the discovery of a new technology, and costs no maintenance after The Internet is discovered.

Damn, TPangolin's mods being removed from the workshop feels like it left a massive hole.

@tigg01

I'm afraid Colonialist Legacies is no longer modding Civ V anymore. As such, as of TPangolin's mods are gone from the Workshop.

Hello A lot of the Colonialist Legacies mods seem to be missing. Canada, New Zealand etc.

Hi, great mod! Only one issue. It says above that it's compatible with YnAEMP v23. I've downloaded YnAEMP v23 but when I load that along with Australia, I can't select Australia. Is there something I've missed here? Both mods are ticked when progressing via the menu. If this no longer works is there a TSL alternative to run with this Australia mod? Thanks in advance.

@mr. grip

Apologies but @TPangolin and @Senshi no longer updates the mod anymore. They are already been deserted from Civ V.

Colonialist Legacies is dead.

this civ causes my game to crash (when i run a turn, when it gets to this civ, the game crashes) and the logs say nothing... any probable fix?

The events don't show up when I play. Could you fix this.
