I'm afraid Colonialist Legacies is no longer modding Civ V anymore. As such, as of TPangolin's mods are gone from the Workshop.
Apologies but @TPangolin and @Senshi no longer updates the mod anymore. They are already been deserted from Civ V.
Colonialist Legacies is dead.
Things take time. The art, coding, research and music for modding quite time consming, especially for a modding team that has such a high standard of quality. Not only that, but they also have real life responsibilities that obviously come before modding. Remember, modding a game is a hobby , not a job.
