An old friend.

Functions just like the pre-nerf Box of Friends, but doesn't replace the regular Box of Friends.

This means that it takes two charges rather than four to use!

Lilith will not start with this item.

This item can be found only in secret rooms.

Good good intro to the pre nerfed mod, I honestly think even a 6 charge box of friends would be good but let you keep the friend for the remainder of the floor.

Most of these "2 charge box of friends" mods annoy me. This, however, does not, as it's a rare secret room item, and isn't just an un-nerf mod. 10/10

Can you make it if that you don't have any followers, instead of spawning a demon baby, it spawns 3 blue flys (since its dusty) to make it more balanced

I like this idea, even if it is simple.

It's a bit like the Lucky Foot removed effect (all pills are neutral or better) getting moved to a Zodiac sign.
