there's a weird problem where everytime i activate this item it does nothing

Good good intro to the pre nerfed mod, I honestly think even a 6 charge box of friends would be good but let you keep the friend for the remainder of the floor.

Most of these "2 charge box of friends" mods annoy me. This, however, does not, as it's a rare secret room item, and isn't just an un-nerf mod. 10/10

Can you make it if that you don't have any followers, instead of spawning a demon baby, it spawns 3 blue flys (since its dusty) to make it more balanced

I like this idea, even if it is simple.

It's a bit like the Lucky Foot removed effect (all pills are neutral or better) getting moved to a Zodiac sign.

Cool mod! =) I like this item, I also feel like it's already a downside if you can only find it in secret rooms, so no additional downside necessary in my lowly opinion. Also, this is the kind of item you might never have a use for in a run anyway, if you don't get any familiars, or any good ones. Good job and thanks Erfly! =)

@smorese, I like that. I could have it have a 50/50 chance of working.

It should have some inherent downside, like the eternal d6 from antibirth. Maybe a chance to fail? or a speed down (becasue of the cobwebs)? Otherwise, great mod.
