Bs UNIVERSITY DORM 02 by HGscMENTOR

While in the process of preparing my Riverdance GameSave to be Shared to the Workshop, I've created a Univeristy (Bs University) and two dormitories for Cims to live in while attending Bs University. They were all three created with light blue as their signature color, so they fit together very nicely as a complex.

Assuming some of the dorms (like those with the large bump-out windows) are really rooms for the dorm workers living in the building, and some of the dorm rooms may be for upperclassmen who might have a room to themselves, I figured about 109 students.)

My thanks to Mr. Maison for the many trees he created that can be found giving these three buildings a warmer feel. All three buildings would be very cold and unwelcoming without the results obtained by the use of his wonderful assets.

Also, thanks to my mentor, Populous, who taught me how to create buildings like these. Now I no longer have to "borrow" a modder's building and tweek it's properties to fit my needs. I can make my own from scratch - ever so much more fun.

That said, if anyone wishes to subscribe to my University and then change anything in it to serve their needs, know that I'm fine with that. Take it, use it as a "jump-start" for your own fantasy, enjoy it. I have my original of it and you may feel free to "play" with your copy, with my blessings, in any way you like. If you should decide to share your version to Workshop, though, I'd very much appreciate a link on your version to my version, and an acknowledgement that you started with mine as a base.
