No mod conflicts.

The stat bonuses will apply at the start of the next mission if this mod is applied on a saved game.

The increased heal rate modifies a config file that comes with the default Shen DLC. There will only be mod conflicts if other mods try to change the same variable in the same config file or bypass this default config file.

The bonus stats do not show outside of tactical missions (eg Armory). It does not prevent these stats from working during missions though.

I highly recommend also subscribing to Faster Missions which greatly increases the chance of being able to complete an entire campaign with just an A-team. SPARKs also receive more bonus stats.
