-As for the Keeper the item works all the same. Keeper health works like any other health meaning that the life steal still works
-As for the Lost: There is no health drawbacks meaning that the Lost gets away scott free... for now
-When you pick up the item in a Devil Room, it takes 2 heart heart containers and leaves you without any filled red heart containers (I hope that answers your question)
-I launched a completely new version because I made changes the mod that I couldn't represent in the old mod page
What happen if you pickup a item from the Devil Room when Souls Of Sin leaved you without health???
I have a question: How does this items works with The Lost and Keeper???
