when i take this it just streight up kills me

Well here's the thing, you need to be able to sustain the run if you do grab it. I've encountered it a few times and I've taken it 2/3 times I saw it. I was low on HP but I did really good damage. In reality, it's a question of being able to survive as a glass canon for a while.

How did I miss this mod? Well I'm downloading it now lol. How do you find it when you use it? Do you find it often not worth it or do you find it OP?

Yeah it does indeed remove soul heart and black hearts. Because there's a 2 times damage up that stacks with other damage multipliers, and because there's other stats up, I did make it so that it takes soul hearts and black hearts. Don't worry though, the item makes your run faster and therefore makes you encounter more health more quickly (unless you're unlucky)

Okay Shadow here we go:

-As for the Keeper the item works all the same. Keeper health works like any other health meaning that the life steal still works
-As for the Lost: There is no health drawbacks meaning that the Lost gets away scott free... for now
-When you pick up the item in a Devil Room, it takes 2 heart heart containers and leaves you without any filled red heart containers (I hope that answers your question)
-I launched a completely new version because I made changes the mod that I couldn't represent in the old mod page
