Static Background ON!

Enables the static background function instead of the original dynamic background.
Skips the map loading stage when starting up the game.
Needs a static background mod to work, otherwise your game will use a missing texture as background.
Press "=" when playing in a map to load an original dynamic background first if you wanna use the skin editor in "cure options" (because of skiping loading some stuff, you will be not able to use this function until they're loaded by pressing "=" in a map)
