Cataph's: Bretonnian Character Skills Tweaks

Cataph here to throw in a few tweaks that I thought were necessary on the otherwise well-made Bretonnian campaign.
100% save game friendly.

Even if it is available as soon as the Lord levels up, it still felt kind of stupid that a Bretonnian Lord couldn’t recruit knights right off the bat without high chivalry or some fighting, with truly disastrous effects on your upkeep if you were to replace a crusading boss with a level 1 Lordling. Questing and Grail vow units will still sniff with contempt at him, but I mean, a Lord should be able to knight in his sleep.
Fay and Prophetesses are unchanged.

Similarly, having to wait for rank 6 to get a horse felt silly. Lords and Paladins couldn’t even be fielded without a horse on tabletop without Virtue of Empathy to calm their tits.
Also affects Alberic. Again, female characters are untouched.

A remnant from the unfinished Bretonnia, this unique skill granted 3/6/9 charge bonus. Percent. Character alone. Of course nobody in their sane mind would invest three points in that so I made that buff forcewide. It’s something.

Since having a default Knight’s Vow was supposed to be a starting trait for Alberic (who said “big wow”??) he now also gets 2 free points in the aforesaid Lance Formation unique skill, thus +6% charge bonus for his army. It’s something, and with another point he can get to a good 9%.

By 6th edition the Fay had at her disposal all eight standard Lores, and the 8th fanbook chose to limit it to the goodie lores (all the Bret ones plus Light). This is all very good, so for balance and room reasons I opted for an additional Lore, the Light one, emulating Mannfred's pattern. This also makes her the only Lord-tier light mage so far barring All Tabletop Lords.
Effective immediately for both campaign and battles.

FURTHER CHANGES?
I was considering changing how Prophetesses unlocked the Vows. It doesn’t feel right as of now.
I also considered tying Virtue of Empathy (+aura red skill) to an absence of mounts but it’s not actually required by the rule.
