Dark Souls Characters

This mod adds Knight, Thief and Cleric to Don't Starve!




All characters their own unique abilities, appropriate to their tactics.
In addition, mod adds some new mechanics of Dark Souls – Estus flask, titanite and Souls of the bosses.

All characters have an estus flask at the start of the game. Flask has five uses, after using all the charges you will get just an empty flask. It can be refilled at any campfire, where you can cook.
Restores 35 health and 10 sanity by one use. Reduce your hunger by 35 and increases your sanity by 5 upon refilling.
Ancient Soul:
Drops from all bosses in the game (include Spider Queen, Tree Guard and Ancient Guardian). It is required for crafting all the unique weapons.

Titanite - new craftable items for unic recipe of mod.
Titanite shard - 2 charcoal and 2 rocks.
Big titanite shard - 3 titanite shard and 1 gold nuget.
Demon titanite - 1 big titanite shard and 1 nightmare fuel.
Twinkling titanite - 1 big titanite shard and 1 fireflies

Right now mod adds only Knight, but Thief and Cleric will be added very soon!


Very heavy strong character, but have a small speed and easily frightened (10% for all negative aura)
Health: 270
Hunger: 170
Sanity: 100
He has more damage (150% from all weapons) but slow attack speed (1 attack per second).
He has unique recipes available only for him.

Broadsword: 5 twigs, 5 rocks, 1 rope – have 40 damage and 100 uses.
Claymore: broadsword, 3 titanite shard and 1 rope – need Science Machine. Have 70 damage and 170 uses.

Armor of Elite Knight:
Knight armor: 5 rocks, 2 ropes and 3 titanite shard. Need Alchemy Machine (all next recipes requires same). Absorbs 80% damage but slow you for 10%.
Knight helmet: 2 rocks, 1 ropes and 1 titanite shard. Absorbs 70% damage but slow you for 10% too.

Solaire's Armor:
Armor of the Sun: 4 papyrus, 3 gold nugget, 2 big titanite shard. Absorbs 95% damage but slow you for 10%.
Helmet of the Sun: 2 flints, 1 big titanite shard, 2 charcoal. Absorbs 85% damage but slow you for 10%.

Unique weapon:

Light sword of Artorias – 1 Ancient Soul, 1 demon titanite and 1 twinkling titanite. Does 100 damage. Restores sanity by 3 on each attack.
Abyss Greatsword – 1 Ancient Soul, 1 demon titanite and 2 monster meat. Does 130 damage. Reduces sanity by 5 on each attack.


Thief already add! If you think, that strong, but slow knight it's not your tactick, choose a Thief and test your skills on taktick "hit and run"!

She can't use any armor and drop it, when you try to use it, but still can use any dress. You must dodge all damage - luckily you have а high speed! NEW - fast pick for all - twigs, grass etc.

Health: 100
Hunger: 150
Sanity: 170
He has less damage (90% from all weapons) but fast attack speed (twise faster then all).
He has unique recipes available only for her.

Thief's knife: 4 twigs, 1 flint, 1 cut grass – have 30 damage and 100 uses.

Falchion:thief's knife, 3 titanite shard and 1 rope – need Sience Machine. Have 50 damage and 150 uses.

Ricard's Rapier: 1 rope, 1 twinkling titanite, 1 down feather. Have 75 damage and 150 uses. Have biggest attack range.
then less health you have then more damage of this rapier - max damage is 100.

Mirrah armor (thief can use only that armor): 1 rope, 7 cut grass, 2 big titanite shard. Absorbs 50% damage but slow you for 5%.

Unique weapon:

Chaos Blade – 1 Ancient Soul, 1 demon titanite and 1 twinkling titanite. Does 90 damage. Restores sanity by 1 on each attack, but reduces health by 3. then less health you have then more damage of Chaos Blade! (Biggest damage when you have 25 heals and lower - 135 damage!)



Cleric will have: Wizard staffs, healing bell and lightning spell!


Version 1.004 - add some unic phrases for the knight.
Version 1.1 - add th Thief!
Version 1.12 - change most of recipes, add titanite and settings.
Version 1.2 - Fix worldgen, add new textures for bonfire
