Give Gelt back his wings! A Balthasar Gelt Bug Fix.

Description
Greetings wielders of the Arcane, as it currently stands with the Old World Edition patch Balthasar Gelt cannot unlock his Royal Pegasus Mount at the specified level of 11 in the grand campaign.

This mod fixes that.

Savegame compatible.

The bug is apparently back in the Norsca patch so this mod is still useful for those that want Gelt's mount at level 11!

Lvl 20 was the level i needed.

i cant take it on lvl 11.
Maybe i can take it on lvl 21 but i still need to reach the Level so i can see.

Well, CA fsaid they fixed this so you shouldn't need it anymore, weird.

Thank you for te fix. But why doesnt CA fix this is quite simple....MODs help but at the same time we are enabling CA Devs o get away whit stuff theya re supposed to reapair.

Thanks for fixing this. I thought something was odd when I still haven't unlocked the requirement after hoping it was cause of the quests.
