Walls Overhaul

Description
What does it do?
This mod add mainly defensive stats to the besieged army. (Players and AI)

Before you read
This is a first step toward a more complete overhaul.
I intend to separate walls and garrisons, both buildings available for major and minor settlements, the first one giving walls and buffs to the defenders, the second one providing units (In a separated download).

Default buffs given by garrisons and walls : (For Bretonnia, Empire, Dwarfs and Greenskins)
Lvl 1 : +5 Melee defense, +5% infantry missile range, +10% ammunitions
Lvl 2 : +10 Melee defense, +10% infantry missile range, +20% ammunitions
Lvl 3 : +15 Melee defense, +15% infantry missile range, +30% ammunitions

Note : Kislev Walls give twice the bonus of Melee defense and ammunitions, making it a true bastion against chaos.

Vampires Counts :
Lvl 1 : +5 Melee defense, +4% speed for all units, -2 morale for enemy units
Lvl 2 : +10 Melee defense, +8% speed for all units, -4 morale for enemy units
Lvl 3 : +15 Melee defense, +12% speed for all units, -6 morale for enemy units

Norsca and Savage orcs :
Replaced the infantry missile range buff with Melee Attack Buff (+5/10/15 Melee Attack)

Wood Elves, walls only :
Lvl 1 : +1 siege holdout time, +2 morale for the besieged army
Lvl 2 : +2 siege holdout time, +4 morale for the besieged army
Lvl 3 : +3 siege holdout time, +6 morale for the besieged army

Wood Elves, shrine of Loec :
Lvl 1 : -4 Morale for enemy units
Lvl 2 : -8 Morale for enemy units*

Why should I install this mod?
Attacking cities built specifically for defense can be easy with a single 20 stack army with a few artillery, this mod slightly buff the besieged army to make defense a bit easier.
The buffs make sense (ie : Battlements for increased range).

Compatibility and issues
Should be compatible with all mods. The only possible issue is that if another mod add the same effect on walls with a different value, the game will take the one from the last mod in the load order.
Compatible with my other mods.
Savegame compatible.
Please report any issues encountered.

Updates
I will try to update as soon as possible after every new major update.
Don't spam in the comment section, only one comment is more than enough.
If i don't update immediatly that's because :
- They changed the related tables, needing to check the whole mod to verify if there's any issue.
- The Total War Pack File Manager needs an update.
- I'm not at home / don't have time.

Please comment if you feel that it needs some tweaking.

I was wondering if it would be possible to do a version with only buffs but no walls??

Played with this for awhile and loved it, but now I'm designing a mod pack for my friend and I which uses the Campaign Battle Maps... need a no wall version of the game basically ^^'

Wood Elves walls don't have a specific map, so unless I (or a more talented mapper) create a nice wood elves walls map, it'll be only stats buffs.
