Additional Ruler Perks

Description
Allows adding passive traits to rulers to seemlessly make them more powerful. Great if you have disabled Ruler Reactions and completely deadly otherwise! Also excellent if you hate life or yourself.

If you have ever felt an empty victory when killing the VK in his cave without casualties, this is definitely for you.

-= CUSTOMIZABLE =-
All perks are customizable individually.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\878643719\Config\XComRulerPerks.INI

-= DEFAULTS =-
Comes preloaded with deadly theme for each ruler. Not all perks are on by default.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-
You'll need Long War 2 for some of the perks or the Perk Pack, but I won't list it as required since if you just don't use them it'll still work.
