Meme Bullet Impact Sounds

Description
This mod replaces the bullet impact sounds with Noice, Yee, and Idubbz. This is designed to be used with my other mod, "Meme Bullet Impacts" ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=877133632 ), which replaces the impact textures with meme images. This should work fine on its own though.

You need to decrease the times memes are being heard. Ruins everything when you hear it for every single shot.
