Unbreakable Vassals

Description
- UPDATED FOR NORSCA -

Summary
The mod allows you and your vassals to safely refuse requests to join wars without worrying about breaking the vassalage. The mod simply removes the ability to break off the vassalage when declining to join wars.

Nothing else was touched regarding vassals. Intentionally cancelling the vassalage or having worsening relations and such can still break it as usual.

For example:
  • Norscan vassals will NOT break off their vassalage even if they refuse to join your wars
    if you're playing as Chaos

Compatibility
SFO compatible and should work with most mods unless they edit the same variables.

As well as save game compatible.

@vaa Vassals actually do pay a tribute each turn in vanilla or with this mod turned on. If they're actually paying zero tribute then maybe theres a different mod causing the problem or they're actually really poor or something

can you make vassals actually pay tribute each turn as everytime i have a vassal my economy section says zero income from vassals.

@[HK]GN Wong It might be possible if theres a puppet state system taken in from Attila/Rome 2 but unfortunately I can't seem to be any in the Warhammer variable tables

@IceTea Ive tested that awhile ago and vassals do eventually rebel against you if you have really bad relations with them. Try raiding your vassals territory for example and they'll end up rebelling sooner or later

@Filay Sorry what I meant was that with this mod I have never seen a vassal rebel against me. I know that vassals can already rebel in vanilla but I use this mod so that my vassals can refuse to join my wars and remain vassals. Not so that vassals can never rebel.
